The Town of Crossfield is seeking an experienced and progressive Fire Chief to lead our dedicated paid-on-call Fire Department. Reporting to the Director of Community and Protective Services, the Fire Chief is responsible for a broad range of technical, administrative, and supervisory duties, providing leadership in planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing all aspects of the department. This key leadership role is instrumental in ensuring operational readiness, developing firefighters, advancing fire prevention initiatives, and protecting the safety and well-being of our growing community.
