Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, experienced, and client-focused Front Desk Coordinator & Skincare Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires a robust background in both front desk operations and hands-on skincare treatments within a cosmetic clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

- Manage appointments, bookings, and patient flow

- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into bookings

- Provide a warm, professional first impression to all clients

- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations





- Perform professional facials and skincare treatments

- Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate services/products

- Support physicians and injectors with pre- and post-treatment care

- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and compliance standards

- Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies and protocols

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cosmetic clinic in British Columbia (required)

- Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare treatments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to close consultations and drive sales

- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
