At Swish, our people are at the heart of everything we do.About The RoleAs a key member of the Leadership Team reporting to the CEO, the Regional Director of Sales is accountable for driving profitable revenue growth, margin performance, and operational excellence across all branches within their assigned region. This role provides direct leadership to Branch Managers and their respective sales teams and ensures Swish’s sales strategy, customer care model, and performance standards are executed consistently across the region. The Regional Director of Sales will live and lead The Swish Way, build strong branch leadership capability, maintain executive-level customer relationships, and deliver disciplined performance aligned with Swish’s overall business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Performance & ProfitabilityLead and direct the overall sales and margin performance of all branches within the regionEstablish annual sales targets and performance plans for each branch aligned with corporate objectivesReview financial performance regularly with the CEO, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and contributionEnsure disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking across all branchesTake corrective action where performance gaps exist and implement improvement plans as requiredIdentify and pursue regional growth opportunities including new market penetration, territory expansion, and strategic account developmentBranch Leadership & Organizational EffectivenessProvide direct leadership, guidance, and performance management to Branch ManagersDevelop solid branch leadership capability through coaching, mentoring,
