Working closely with the HSE Supervisor, you 'll play a vital role in ensuring every team member goes home safely each day while supporting exciting commercial construction projects.What You'll Be DoingAs the HSE Coordinator, you 'll be a trusted safety leader responsible for promoting best practices and ensuring compliance across active job sites.Your responsibilities will include:Leading Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings, coordinating inspections, investigating work refusals, and liaising with the Ministry of Labour when required.Conducting regular site inspections, monitoring compliance, following up on corrective actions, overseeing air quality, and helping maintain secure job sites.Developing emergency response and evacuation plans, providing first aid when required, investigating incidents, and implementing preventative measures.Delivering engaging site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety training to ensure workers understand and follow safe work practices.Managing permits, inspection reports, training records, qualification tracking, safety documentation, and compliance reporting.What We're Looking ForWe 're seeking someone who is proactive,
