This role offers an opportunity to manage multiple properties, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.DutiesManage and coordinate property leasing, renewals, and tenant relations to ensure high occupancy ratesOversee maintenance requests and coordinate repairs using property management software such as Yardi and CMMS systemsConduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and property conditionsHandle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping for all property-related documentsFacilitate communication between tenants, vendors, and ownership through professional phone etiquette and customer service excellenceNegotiate lease terms, rent collections,



and service contracts to optimize property revenueMaintain accurate tenant records and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries or issuesAssist with marketing efforts and sales activities to attract prospective tenantsExperienceProven experience in property management or real estate administrationFamiliarity with property management software such as Yardi is highly preferredOffice experience with strong organizational skills in data entry, filing, and administrative tasksBackground in customer service or sales to effectively handle tenant interactions and negotiationsKnowledge of CMMS or similar maintenance management systems is a plusExcellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management skillsPrior experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyThis position requires a proactive individual capable of balancing administrative duties with excellent customer service.
