and annual financial statements and supporting analysisSupport budgeting and forecasting processesEnsure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controlsLead the year‑end audit process, including preparation of working papers and liaison with auditors and third partiesLead payroll processing and ensure compliance with legislationManage government remittances and regulatory filingsOperations & AdministrationOversee office operations and third‑party vendorsSupport and improve operational systems and workflowsIdentify opportunities for efficiencies and process improvementsContribute to policies, procedures, and risk management practicesProvide guidance and mentorship to a small teamParticipate in special projects and organizational initiativesWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone who has strong experience with full‑cycle accounting, reporting, and payroll.
