Advance your engineering expertise as an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Intern with Cadence, focusing on design simulations and subsystem investigations.

In this co-op role, you will tackle circuit design challenges related to analog front-end systems, clock distribution, and other elements in mixed-signal ICs. Strong analytical and collaborative skills are vital, as well as the ability to communicate findings clearly. Your work will include documenting experiments and sharing insights at internal design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
• Explore analog design techniques in real projects
• Investigate subsystems such as RX EQ and phase interpolators
• Document and analyze circuit simulations
• Present your work during design reviews
• Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers

Requirements:
• Must be Canadian Citizen or permanent resident
• Enrolled in an EE Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analog skills
• Familiarity with scripting languages is a plus
• Communication and teamwork skills are essential
