As Maintenance Worker I, your tasks will include maintaining the building and grounds, responding to emergencies, and assisting with general repairs. A strong focus on painting and minor electrical work will be beneficial. Your organizational skills will help in managing various maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair hardware, fixtures, and flooring efficiently
• Prepare and paint rooms as needed
• Maintain greenspaces, collaborating with contractors
• Address emergency situations swiftly and effectively
• Perform minor repairs for plumbing and HVAC systems

Requirements:
• Must possess Grade 12 education or equivalent
• One year of relevant maintenance experience preferably in healthcare
• Adept in English comprehension, reading, and writing
• Valid Class 5 driver's license necessary
• Must be available for on-call rotations and shifts
