In this impactful role, you will work directly under the Charge Nurse, administering psychiatric assessments and participating in care planning. Your focus will be on client and family needs while providing a safe, welcoming workplace. Collaborate effectively with your team to deliver quality care and support clients in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate psychiatric assessments and care interventions
• Conduct observation rounds to maintain safety
• Communicate client needs and behaviors accurately




• Assist nursing staff during admission and personal care
• Provide CPR when necessary as per protocols

Requirements:
• Behavior Science degree and relevant experience required
• Excellent communication abilities in both writing and speaking
• Ability to conduct cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Physical fitness to perform job duties
• Proficient in operating relevant equipment
