Key Responsibilities:
• Execute substrate preparation and mask surfaces for EIFS
• Measure, cut, and install insulation boards effectively
• Apply EIFS basecoats, mesh, and finish coats




• Support the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding
• Follow all safety measures, using PPE correctly

Requirements:
• 1-3 years in EIFS/Synthetic Stucco experience needed
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required
• Comfort working confidently at heights of up to 70 feet
• Any safety certifications (WHMIS, MEWP) considered an asset
• Detail-oriented with robust reliability
