Chance As a Civil Engineering Associate (CPI), you will contribute to the design and implementation of diverse infrastructure projects within multidisciplinary teams.
Your impact Participate in planning and preparing civil engineering drawings and cost estimates.
Perform technical analyses and calculations for infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders in project delivery.
Conduct site visits and monitor work progress.
Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Support coordination with clients, municipalities, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes and regulations.
Develop your skills toward the Civil Engineer designation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Member of the OIQ (Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec) and eligible for CPI designation.
0-3 years of relevant experience (including internships).
Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalents).




Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and practices in Quebec.
Interest in field work and site environments.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent French communication skills (English an asset).

Compensation AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $51,800 - $68,600
MB & ON: $47,200 - $65,000
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $46,800 - $62,100
