Tim Hortons at 197 Main Street East in Port Colborne, ON is seeking energetic Customer Service Team Members who enjoy a fast-paced environment. Openings are available in both part-time and full-time capacities.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers at the front counter and drive-thru

Prepare food and beverages to Tim Hortons quality standards

Handle cash transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and preparation stations

Stock and replenish supplies as needed

Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours





Follow food safety and health guidelines at all times

Requirements

Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Reliable and punctual

Food service experience preferred but not required

Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Strong teamwork and communication skills

No prior experience required. Food service experience is an asset. Must be energetic, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
