Costa Sorrento is in search of a knowledgeable Bartender with five years of experience and a good grasp of cocktail preparation and wine knowledge. Previous experience as a server in Italian casual dining is preferred. Our restaurant features a cozy bar with 12 seats and accommodates 160 guests indoors and on the patio, creating a lively environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mix and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages
• Manage alcohol inventory efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service at the bar
• Assist in serving duties across the restaurant
• Maintain bar area hygiene and organization

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of bartending experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of cocktails and wines
• Experience in Italian casual restaurants is advantageous
• Willingness to work part-time or full-time
• Robust communication and service skills
