Pay: $16.88 per hour (plus 18% gratuities and commission; total compensation can exceed $65 per hour)

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

Shift & schedule: Day shift; weekends and holidays as needed; possible overnight or non‑day shifts.

Job Description
We are seeking a talented Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. If you are passionate about guest service and eager to contribute to the success of a premier spa, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform all massage, body and applicable add‑on treatments offered on the menu in accordance with protocols.

Discover guests’ needs and make appropriate treatment and home‑care recommendations.

Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co‑workers.

Adhere to a high professional image standard, including dress, appearance, language, and lifestyle.

Maintain the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.

Assist with linen stocking, laundry, and spa cleaning.

Maintain treatment room inventory and perform other organizational tasks.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a massage therapist required.

Graduated from a recognized Massage Therapy College in a minimum 2200‑hour program.

Registered in good standing with a recognized massage therapy association in Alberta.

All professional licenses current.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role,



including frequent standing and walking, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and ascending or descending stairs and ramps.

Availability to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non‑day shifts as needed.
