Permanent, full-time, Rotating shifts, 24 hours

Responsibilities

Operate equipment safely once trained

Assist machine operators and production staff as needed

Meet daily production targets

Load, unload, lift, and move raw materials and finished products

Prepare products for shipping manually or with equipment if trained

Inspect, sort, and package products

Complete required paperwork electronically or on paper

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

Mechanically inclined with experience in an industrial or manufacturing workplace

Manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset

Ability to read a tape measure (standard and metric)

Basic understanding of fractions, decimals, and metric conversions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Grade 12 education or related experience preferred
