The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will fully immerse in Pandora brand and culture and support the Store Manager in delivering successful store performance. The ASM will engage customers on the sales floor, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations.

Create unforgettable shopping moments and display excellent product knowledge to build brand loyalty.

Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals.

Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.

Build and inspire a talent pipeline across seasonal and core hiring for Sales Associates and Sales Leads.

Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth, on‑brand operations.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.





Strong communication skills; capable of charming and captivating audiences at all organizational levels.

Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.

Exceptional time‑management skills, delegating tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.

Minimum age 18 years, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
