This role involves providing casual respite support during the day or early evening to assist with activities such as doctor appointments and outings. The position is located in Legal, AB.

Responsibilities

Provide respite care and support with daily activities

Administer medications as instructed

Prepare meals meeting dietary needs

Assist with mobility, transfers, and G‑tubes

Offer companionship and plan engaging activities

Perform light housekeeping

Qualifications

Experience in caregiving

Knowledge of medication procedures

Physical ability to lift and assist

Solid communication and caring attitude

Confidentiality commitment

Requirements

Valid First Aid certification

Recent Police Vulnerable Sector Check

CFS Intervention Check

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
