Position Overview
Radio Blanc-Sablon is currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Radio Show Host. This is a full‑time position consisting of 35 hours per week, requiring a candidate who is disciplined, community‑oriented, and possesses solid technical compatibility with computers and software.

Responsibilities

Content & Community Engagement: Gathering information and topics for airing, creating listener‑friendly playlists, and serving as a liaison between the station and the surrounding community.

Technical Operations: Troubleshooting computer glitches independently or with technical guidance, managing webpage updates, and overseeing social media platforms.

Communication & Administration: Managing and organizing emails with professional etiquette, maintaining advertiser logs.





Station Support: Remaining on call for potential radio disruptions or equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications

High school diploma.

Strong communication skills in both written and oral formats.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in French and English is an asset.

Team player who can work effectively without direct supervision and meet deadlines under pressure.
