Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized support to children requiring additional assistance
• Design inclusive programming alongside the ECE team




• Implement IPPs developed with families and specialists
• Assist in emotional regulation and facilitating social engagement
• Keep detailed records of developmental progress and observations

Requirements:
• Valid Early Childhood Educator Certificate or equivalent experience
• Additional training in special needs education preferred
• Prior experience in diverse early learning environments
• Knowledge of inclusive education practices
• Current First Aid & CPR certification mandatory
