What you will be doing
Customer Service

Responsible for inbound and outbound communications from customers and suppliers

Capture, record, and commit orders based on customer needs and service levels

Track deliveries and proactively communicate with customers and management in case of any events, delays, or service failures, actively seeking solutions

Identify customer opportunities in response to customer inquiries and product management

Provide support to the operations team with day‑to‑day needs

Assist in order scheduling, conduct inventory counts, and perform order analysis

Generate reports using ERPs and data tools (e.g., Power BI) to create insightful analyses

Responsible for onboarding new customers, suppliers and updating master files

Introduce, add and update products, as required

Responsible for coordinating and executing validation studies

Receiving

Receive and unload incoming products and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment

Inspect, sort, count, package, label,



and unpack inventory that is received

Inspect shipments for damages, loss, or defects, and notify Quality Assurance of findings

Responsible for accurately receiving, reporting, and distributing purchased items

Stock shelves in the warehouse ensuring that product is allocated to the correct pick location

Shipping

Prepare orders for shipment in accordance with the pick list and shipping requirements

Be aware and notify management of shortages

Package and ship in accordance with SOP, packaging guidelines and accepted methods / practices including cold chain and ambient packaging

Organize pick list and cross‑check against End of Day reports

Product Handling

Read pick list and verify the product matches the pick list order

Verify that the lot number and expiry date matches the pick worksheet and the product

Identify issues with orders, troubleshoot and find appropriate corrective actions

Communicate with customers if orders require adjustments

Monitor packaging material supplies and notify team when materials need to be reordered

May need to operate mechanical equipment in loading and unloading material and equipment

Facilities & Maintenance

Liaise with external vendors for all preventive maintenance contracts and ensure proper schedules are maintained

May be on‑call for all after‑hour emergencies related to the facility

May be responsible for all maintenance and scheduling vendor services related to the facility





Working Conditions
Physical Effort

50% of the work may be done while in a standing position. Concurrently, 40% of this time is spent bending, reaching, climbing, pulling, pushing and lifting objects up to 40 lbs

The physical environment is a clean, quiet warehouse area

Job Specifications & Qualifications

High School diploma and at least 2 years of previous working experience preferably in a Pharmaceutical/GMP facility

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English; French is a highly valued asset

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service

Able to work with minimal supervision and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams

French speaking preferred

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge or experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) would be an asset

Excellent problem solving, thinking skills and good independent judgment are required
