BCAA offers a 12-month temporary contract position for Associate Fleet Technician, which may be extended or converted based on performance. You’ll provide crucial roadside assistance such as lockout services and fuel delivery, all while adhering to BCAA's exemplary service standards. Promoting our products while ensuring member safety will also be part of your everyday duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members with urgent vehicle-related issues
• Provide roadside support and emergency services
• Uphold high standards of service and hospitality
• Promote BCAA products during member interactions
• Document and care for fleet equipment properly
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant certification
• Up to 2 years in the automotive or mechanical field
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver License
• Ability to safely handle up to 70lbs
• Positive command of English; second language a plus
