Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Truss Assemblers to joinour growing team. This is a hands‑on role assembling pre-cut lumber componentsinto roof trusses in a fast‑paced production environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction‑relatedexperience , especially those with backgrounds in:

Trussbuilding or manufacturing

Residentialframing

Deckbuilding

Carpentryor general construction

Key Responsibilities

Assembleroof trusses using pre‑cut wood components according to blueprints andproduction specifications

Positionand secure components on assembly tables using jigs, plates, staplers, andpresses

Uselaser‑guided systems (Virtek/Wizard) and measuring tools to ensureaccuracy

Performquality checks to confirm dimensions, alignment, and material quality

Maintaina safe, clean, and organized work environment

Followall health & safety procedures and wear required PPE

Assistwith inventory, housekeeping,



and general production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
Required:

Previoushands‑on experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or trussassembly

Abilityto read measurements and interpret drawings or setup sheets

Strongmath and problem‑solving skills

Highattention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliablewith a robust work ethic and positive team attitude

Preferred:

Experiencewith pneumatic tools, saws, or production equipment

Manufacturingor assembly line experience

Working Conditions

Dayshift (Monday to Friday)

Physicallydemanding role involving:

Liftingup to 40 lbs

Standing,bending, gripping, and repetitive motions
