Lawn Care Operations Manager – Thomas Lawn Care Ottawa
Position Details:

Job Type: Full time, Seasonal (February to November, 10 months – December and January off each year)

Pay Rate: $4,600–$5,800/month plus performance bonuses

Location: Ottawa, ON (valid driver's license and reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, predictable daytime hours with hybrid remote flexibility (combination of in-office and work-from-home days)

Your Role as Operations Manager:

Manage and oversee daily lawn care operations

Lead and support operational teams ensuring efficiency and quality standards





Coordinate scheduling, resources, and equipment maintenance

Engage proactively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Drive operational excellence and profitability through strategic planning and problem‑solving

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience in operations management, ideally with a background in hospitality or service industries

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required
