Responsibilities
Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums and fogger machines
Use hand and power tools for cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
Perform heavy lifting and assist with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
Ensure ductwork and work areas meet high cleanliness standards
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable driving and backing up a truck and trailer
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Robust time management and communication skills
Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety
