Key Responsibilities:
• Perform directed rehabilitative tasks as assigned by therapists
• Report on patients’ cognitive and physical changes for care planning
• Assist residents with mobility and daily tasks training
• Maintain therapy equipment and assist with supply management
• Participate in teamwork to assess treatment plans
Requirements:
• Rehabilitation Assistant Program completion or similar training
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients
• Physical ability to fulfill role responsibilities
• Organizational skills in managing tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a care environment is an asset
