Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.

Create a positive and memorable experience from the first phone call to the final appointment.

Help patients understand treatment recommendations, insurance coverage, costs,



and next steps.

Coordinate schedules to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Verify insurance benefits and process claims accurately.

Maintain organized and confidential patient records.

Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is considered a strong asset).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for helping people.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Commitment to patient confidentiality and creating a welcoming environment.
