Responsibilities The Production Team Member will be responsible for operation on the production line of Fresh Hemp Foods Ltd., managing equipment and ensuring compliance with organizational and safety standards.
Operate manual and automated equipment in the production process.
Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment as required for sanitation.
Ensure materials and supplies are staged prior to the shift and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Perform product quality checks according to established procedures.
Conduct minor or daily equipment maintenance and perform documentation of tasks.
Follow SOPs while operating specialized equipment and understand the production process to identify and correct defects.
Maintain compliance with safety and food quality policies, ensuring final products meet quality standards.
Execute additional duties as assigned by the organization.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in processing, machine operation, or food sanitation.




Mechanically inclined with knowledge of PLC‑controlled equipment.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.
Work Conditions Standing or walking for extended periods.
Exposure to industry hazards and required use of personal protective equipment.
Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment.
Interaction with team members and management.
Handling heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
