Front Desk Supervisor

Location & Employment
On‑site. Permanent full‑time employment, $25.00 hourly, 30–40 hours per week. Shift times include early morning, evening, morning, daytime, weekend.
Qualifications
English language proficiency
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work setting: hotel, motel, resort
Responsibilities
Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
Establish work schedules and procedures
Perform same duties as workers supervised
Prepare and submit reports
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Coordinate, assign and review work
Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
