The Role This is a 9-month fixed-term employment position starting by September 1 2026, Candidates must reside in Ontario, paid at $40 per hour, full-time and fully remote, with the potential to convert into a permanent role. This posting is for a newly created position that we are actively hiring to fill. Candidates must be available to start in September.

You will build features end to end, frontend to backend, and develop the APIs that tie our systems together. You will work directly with the founding team to design and launch new healthcare AI solutions.

Build and maintain full-stack features from backend to frontend.

Collaborate directly with the founding team and clinical staff on product design.

Participate in designing and implementing core features.

Develop and manage APIs to connect internal and external systems.

Build software in line with compliance and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For

Experience:



3+ years in professional software development.

AI-first mindset: You use AI tools to move faster, but you also know when they're wrong.

Frontend: Experience with a modern web framework (React, Next.js, or similar).

Backend: Python (Flask/FastAPI or similar) or JavaScript (Express.js or similar).

Databases: Comfortable with both relational (e.g. Postgres, SQL Server) and NoSQL.

Cloud: GCP or other cloud platforms.

Collaboration: Version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines. Here's What You Can Expect
