We are presently seeking a Storekeeper/Shipping/Receiving for a day shift whose role consists of carrying out daily operations relating to the store including reception, distribution of sets of parts, warehousing and shipping of products. Use of a computer is required for data recording and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Issues goods as requested by the “kitting” department.

Receives, records transactions and stores raw materials as required as per P7019.

Maintains records of quantities received and disbursed of raw materials.

Cleans, counts and repackages assembly parts.

Performs inventory counts.

Receives, records transactions, packs and ships finished goods as required.

Prepares shipment documents as required as per P7022.





Receives and maintains records for returned goods as per P7035.

Delivers lab supplies as requested by production.

Handles and stores hazardous materials including chemical products.

Wears the personal protective equipment (PPE) according to the regulations.

Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience as inventory clerk and inventory management an asset.

Attention to detail and precision.

Forklift certification an asset.

Results oriented.

Ability to work autonomously.

Ability to work under pressure, in a team often very busy and in constant evolution.

Ability to lift a maximum weight of 50 Lbs. (23 Kg).

Knowledge of SAP an asset.

French required; business communication in English both written and spoken is required to be able to communicate with carriers outside Quebec.
