Overview This is an interview position. To ensure timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, load/unload vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to our client base. Adaptable shift opportunities (min and max hours, days of work parameters will be determined based on business requirements).
Responsibilities Deliver packages to predetermined customers on specific routes and review orders prior to delivery.
Load and unload the vehicle and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications Post Secondary: High school diploma/educational equivalent.
Professional accreditation/certification: Must have a valid full G license / Class 5 driver's license.
Related Experience: One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred; minimum 3 months to learn or adjust to the job.
Other specific mandatory experience requirements: In the province of Quebec, bilingual (French and English).
Technical Skill Requirements:



Mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training; ability to complete all basic and recurrent training; ability to lift 70 lbs; some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset.
Interpersonal Skill Requirements: Good interpersonal and communication skills; good time management and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.
