The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Deer Lodge Centre. Contribute your nursing expertise in chronic care and enhance patient lives.

In this in-person position (0.75 FTE), you will provide hands-on nursing care, administer prescribed treatments, and work closely with healthcare professionals. Robust interpersonal skills and critical thinking are necessary for success in this role, as well as a commitment to ethical practices and lifelong learning in nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services to residents in need
• Implement prescribed medical treatments skillfully
• Work with healthcare staff to ensure proper care
• Facilitate care coordination and manage patient discharge
• Supervise health care aides and nursing students

Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved LPN educational program
• Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba
• Background in chronic care and geriatrics
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
• Willingness to adhere to health policies
