Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic, goal‑driven Auto Insurance Trainee to build and maintain strong client relationships, sell insurance solutions, and hit performance targets. Training and support are provided, including a full course to earn a Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.

A Day in the Life





Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners.

Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more.

Upsell and cross‑sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics.

Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory.

Salary & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000, depending on skills, experience, and location. HUB International offers comprehensive compensation packages that may include bonus and commission opportunities, paid‑time‑off, extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, and other benefits.
