We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Health Care Aide to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to clients while ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well‑being. The position is part-time (20 hours per week). The candidate must have access to their own vehicle and be either a registered Care Aide or have extensive experience in home care.
Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive homemaking services, including cleaning, cooking, laundry, and general household management.
Offer companionship and accompany clients to community activities and events.
Administer personal care services in accordance with the care plan directives.
Ensure the emotional, spiritual, and physical comfort and safety of clients to the highest possible standard.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, tailored to meet their specific needs.
Perform specialized procedures for clients where training has been provided, demonstrating current competency.
Observe and document client conditions in line with company standards; promptly report any unusual events or changes in client condition to the Supervisor or Office.
Implement and adhere to infection prevention practices.

Requirements Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and customer service.
Effective communication in spoken and written English.
Ability to provide high–quality care services to clients with current knowledge of community care practices.
Physically able to assist clients with movement and/or repositioning; able to lift 23kg, squat, bend, stand, and reach.
Reliable mode of transportation; driver's licence and automobile considered an asset.
Clear criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
