Key Responsibilities:
• Train and mentor current cleaning technicians on best practices
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and equipment is functional
• Handle client concerns as the primary on-site contact




• Report for cleaning tasks during staff shortages
• Maintain adherence to site-specific cleaning protocols

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in janitorial cleaning
• Supervisory skills are an asset
• Understanding of cleaning methodologies and products
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., WHMIS)
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with bondable status
