Position SummaryTo provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned handheld terminal activities. Ensuring a zoned and stocked salesfloor and offering assistance to meet the customer’s shopping needs. This will be accomplished by maintaining and recovering merchandise all in a secure and clean environment. This Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.What you'll doProviding excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks.Delegate, assist and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets.Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed,
