This role offers an chance to develop skills in custodial services and facilities maintenance while contributing to the overall hygiene standards of our organization.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or institutional settingsOperate hand tools and power tools for detailed cleaning or minor maintenance tasksUse custodial equipment such as vacuums to ensure thorough cleaningMaintain cleanliness of common areas according to established standardsAssist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed,



including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to managementManage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframesEnsure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintainedProvide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionallySkillsProficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment for cleaning and maintenance tasksExperience with commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance preferredStrong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation standardsAbility to perform heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or equipmentExcellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficientlyGood communication skills for coordinating with team members and responding to client requestsPrevious custodial experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided as neededCustomer service orientation with a professional attitudeThis position is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
