The HSE Manager plays a key role in establishing a strong safety culture and ensuring the organization meets regulatory, client, and internal standards.Key ResponsibilitiesHealth & Safety LeadershipLead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environmental Management Systems in alignment with ISO 45001 and ISHA COR 2020 StandardsCollaborate with HSE directors and specialists to advance health and safety performance and programmingEstablish and monitor safety performance metrics (KPIs), and report trends and recommendations to senior leadershipRegulatory & Compliance Oversee compliance and maintain effective communication with regulatory bodiesEnsure compliance with applicable industry standards, including Electrical Utility Safety Rules (EUSR)
