Job Details
Work location: On site. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Salary: $30.50 hourly; 32 to 40 hours per week.

Terms of employment: Permanent employment; Full time; Evening, Shift, Flexible hours; Night, Day, Weekend; Starts as soon as possible.

Benefits: Group insurance perks available after a 3‑month probationary period (includes health, dental and vision). Other benefits: one free meal per shift and quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance.

Overview
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.

Responsibilities

Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.

Evaluate daily operations.

Monitor staff performance.

Plan and organise daily operations.

Recruit staff.

Set staff work schedules.

Supervise staff.

Conduct performance reviews.

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

Provide customer service.





Plan and control the budget and inventory.

Order supplies and maintain inventory.
