We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Dog Clerk / Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have qualified dog grooming experience, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine love for working with dogs.

Responsibilities

Perform dog grooming services, including bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, trimming, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.

Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.

Assess grooming needs and communicate with pet owners.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Schedule appointments and manage daily grooming activities.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Assist with daily operations and supervise activities as required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of breed-specific and pet-style grooming.

Strong animal handling and safety skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Supervisory experience is an asset.

Dog Grooming: 2 years preferred.
