Responsibilities

Handle guest complaints

Solve issues arising at the Restaurant for continuity and smooth operations

Schedule the job affairs to the workers

Establish methods and techniques to improve quality of food being prepared and overall customer satisfaction

Assist in hiring and training of staff and impose duties and responsibilities accordingly

Keep a check on inventory and stock

Coordinate and supervise the activities of employees involved in the preparation and serving of food

Ensure food and service meet quality control standards

Prepare summaries and reports
