Become a key part of Grouse Mountain's operations as a Free Groomer, focusing on maintaining the skiing terrain and ensuring optimal conditions year-round. This role involves both technical skill and a passion for winter sports.

Under the supervision of experienced staff, you will operate grooming machines, maintain snow conditions, and support the Snowmaking team effectively. Your tasks will vary, from grooming trails to preparing for special events and ensuring secure conditions on our slopes. Previous grooming experience is essential for this vibrant role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grooming machines efficiently on the slopes
• Maintain and support four Terrain Parks
• Assist in road building and sleigh route maintenance
• Conduct snow removal and filling logs
• Prepare for events like snow sculptures and races

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of grooming experience required
• Must be an avid skier or snowboarder
• Familiarity with snowmaking and heavy machinery helpful
• Must be dependable and able to work under various conditions
• Ability to work without supervision
