Job Description
Kindervalley Montessori Academy is seeking an immediate hire for a Toddler Montessori Lead Teacher to guide children ages 19 months to 3 years in our nurturing and inspiring environment.

Position Details

Role: Toddler Montessori Lead Teacher

Age Group: 19 months – 3 years

Start Date: Immediately

Compensation: Very competitive wage + Alberta government wage top-up eligibility

Qualifications

AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Toddler Diploma (or in progress).

Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification (ECE Level 2 or 3 preferred).

Strong classroom management, communication, and observation skills.

Passion for Montessori philosophy and child-centered education.
