The Packaging Line Worker The Packaging Line Worker is responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining packaging equipment used in the bottling, canning, labelling and palletizing of brewery or distillery products. This role supports production goals while ensuring quality, safety and sanitization standards are met.
Key Responsibilities Operate packaging line equipment including fillers, labellers, cappers, and depalletizers
Inspect bottles, cans, labels and packaging material for quality defects
Package finished products according to company specifications
Perform line changeovers and basic equipment adjustments
Monitor product quality and report issues to supervisors
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Clean and sanitize packaging equipment and work areas
Qualifications Must be 19 years of age or older
Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
WHMIS 2015
Forklift Certification (Preferred)
CSA Approved Safety Foot Wear
Ability to work Day, Evening or Weekend Shifts as required
