As a Line Cook, You Will

Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard

Cook menu items in co-operation with the rest of the kitchen staff

Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Clean kitchen and work area

Follow all operations policies and procedures

Work alongside of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Love for building robust relations with team members

Flexibility - Our back of house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends. This role will require daytime availability

A desire for personal and professional development

What You Bring

Cooking experience

A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset

Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a quick-paced environment

Valid drivers' license and access to a vehicle an asset
