Rheaume Engineering Inc. is seeking a full‑time Project Support Specialist to join our team in either Grande Prairie or Calgary, Alberta.

Founded in 2005, Rheaume is a 40‑person EPC firm that focuses on engineering, procurement, and construction management projects in energy, mining, pulp & paper, and agriculture sectors.

Role Description

Procurement activities:

Liaise with industry vendors

Work with engineers to develop bid packages

Coordinate bidding

Prepare bid evaluations

Issue POs

Work with engineers to manage equipment package fabrication

Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries

Project controls activities:

Develop schedules in MS Project

Perform weekly project engineering cost reports

Assist PMs with coordinating resources, tracking efficiencies, and creating project status reports

Track and report on project execution and deliverables

Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting

Candidate Requirements

Must be currently living in Grande Prairie or Calgary

Must have MS Project experience

Western Canada based EPC experience considered an asset

Compensation

Either employee or contractor status may be considered for this role
