There is an exciting opportunity for a talented skilled to join the sales and marketing team in Vancouver as a Project Sales Administrator. The sites are in Metro Vancouver. The ideal candidate will be a diligent individual with high attention to detail and is motivated by challenge and a fast-paced environment. This position will be in Metro Vancouver.

What Will You do?

Work onsite with a project sales team

Greet and present project information to the public

Responsible for daily sales center operations

Responsible for contract and inventory management

Provide market feedback to Head Office

Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions

Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches

What You Bring

Completion of Grade 12





Post-Secondary education is an asset.

Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset

Background in real estate an asset

Excellent work ethic

Strong time management skills

Ability to multi-task

Problem solving skills

High learning aptitude

Self-starter

Works well in team and individual based environment

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access

Access to a vehicle and hold a valid drivers license

Salary Range
$38,000-$45,000 base plus commission
