Job Description

Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff and cashiers

Oversee and organize monthly inventory reports to monitor stock levels

Develop and maintain employee work schedules to meet operational needs

Address and resolve work-related issues, ensuring a productive work workplace

Manage merchandise orders to maintain appropriate stock levels

Authorize the return of merchandise in accordance with company policies

Oversee cash management, including daily reconciliation

Job Requirement

Secondary school graduation required.

Min. 1‑2 years of experience as retail salesperson/supervisor required.

Term: Full‑Time (30‑40 hours per week), Permanent

Wage: $20.67 per hour

Benefit: 5.77% of salary as vacation pay
