Position: Supervisor – Early Learning Centre

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate childcare programming

Foster a secure, inclusive, and positive learning environment

Build strong relationships with children and families

Support, mentor, and guide educators in daily practice

Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage needs

Support documentation, attendance tracking, and reporting

Ensure licensing standards and centre policies are met

Communicate with the Director on operations and staffing needs

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized centre

Qualifications

ECE Level I, II, or III preferred

Experience in licensed childcare

Leadership experience an asset

First Aid/CPR-C required

Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check
