You'll be instrumental in guiding projects from concept to completion, leading a team of Engineers and Technicians. Your extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, coupled with business development skills, will allow you to cultivate solid client relationships and mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members
- Champion Safety and Quality standards in operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and approve proposals for business growth
- Manage geotechnical and materials testing projects

Requirements:

- Registered P.Eng. with EGBC or ability to transfer
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
- 10-15 years of progressive experience
- Strong understanding of materials testing
- Experience in shoring systems is an asset
